The purpose of this system is to provide amateur radio operators with a
system to connect to and experiment with. It's there for those that want
to setup a pactor station and need another station to test their setup.
This system is also here in the unlikely event of an emergency, allowing
any pactor equipped station to connect, and send mail for assistance.
This system responds to PACTOR-1 calls only, and is usually available 24/7 ...

Instructions
Pick a frequency from the Technical Details section below, then try to connect to the callsign VE4KLM. If you are successfull, you will see a JNOS 2.0 command prompt. If you want to leave me a message, enter the command 'SP VE4KLM' at the JNOS prompt. Do NOT try to initiate any BREAK or CHANGEOVER on your side. The JNOS software will automatically take care of that, just like the WinLink 2000 servers do. If you use Airmail, you can try forwarding as well (but do not
use the advanced B2 protocol, stick with the FB proposals only).
